I came here post a depressing post..!!  While I started, had to break it for some domestic discussion..! Suddenly feeling "okay", not that depressing..!  Is this what called "mood-swing"..? Whatever, God Please Help Me.  This is a shout out at you..! I have no one to look up to..!!  Please help me.

This is probably the worst phase of my life..!! I am jobless for last 3 months.  Have been a victim of a wrong decision by myself, wrong advice of a wrong person I approached for that advice, wrong decision of a lady bastard of company I switched to (an utter non-sense company - YamanGold).  On the whole, I am at the receiving end.  I am writing this primarily to vent out my depression.  God, please save me.  I am not able to tolerate and go through this mess.

Wow..!! I just realized that I came back here exactly after an year.  It was Sep 10th 2019 that I came here last.  Still riding the tide called life.., here in Canada...!!! Oh! Canada..!!

Some people claim that looking back blocks evolution while some argue not to forget the path walked-past.  It has been a long time that I did not logon with my blogspot.  Looking back now, what a long journey it has been..!!  I'm in Canada - Toronto with my family...!!! Riding the wave called "Life".  

I have mentioned about operational inefficiency where the company is cash-rich.  I am seeing a company now is cash-crunched.  Operating an age-old software heavily customized resulting paralyzed operations. Will see more....

I am engaged one of the clients from healthcare industry.  I am seeing some IT decisions taken by virtue of their cash reserve and margins.  For example, my client has zeroed-in with a 3rd Party Logistics vendor which is said to be providing a comprehensive solution including IT.  There are 2 points which made me think that their decision is based on their richness and not on logic: Their existing ERP solution is very much capable of providing the functionalities (off-the-shelf) what they need.  But their IT dept did not explore this. When I asked one of the Key decision maker in IT if anyone checked the IT capabilities of new 3PPL vendor, he/she replied "No, but we have taken their words on the face value". Sometimes, excess cash and margins drive the organizations to accommodate operational inefficiencies. What Say?

Folks...I am in Santo Domingo.  Capital city of Dominican Republic...ever heard name of the country even??!! Guzzling some beer and hearing my favorite songs from Zubeidaa and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (heard million times and would keep doing it).  Friends! for those who know about Dominican Republic and Santo Domingo...! do you think I dont have better things to do?  If you know about this place...you'd probably think that I am doing best. aaankhon ki...gustakhiyaan maaf ho...wah re...watta chemistry between Sallu and Ash..!
